1) Understaffed long wait 2) 1st floor active pot smoking smell 3) Room 1 smelled like smoke 4) Long wait to change rooms 5) Room 2 - shower leaking where comes out of wall. Old leak paint is peeling. Looks like mold on ceiling in shower. 6) Room has rusting fittings all over. 7) Room has stained ceiling in places. Probably worst hotel I have seen. Baymont - Shame on you.

It's not the best property but they are trying.We booked a room with a fridge and when we checked in it didn't have one so I'd double check that at check in if it's something you need. The furniture it dated but it's not really an issue however the blinds are very thin made more for a home and they allow all the outside light in making it hard to sleep. I was initially pretty upset about our stay I had food I had to throw away and didn't get the best night sleep due to the blinds but upon speaking to the manager I can tell they are trying. From what I was told shipping delays are making it harder for them to receive their new window treatments and furniture. I will say the bathroom was extremely clean and they do have a lower rate than most of the properties in the area so it's worth giving them a shot. I just wouldn't suggest a room directly behind the light poles other rooms the blinds might not be such an issue.

Room was bare necessities. No pictures on wall. There were no curtains and only a cheap blind that let in light all night long. Bright light outside the window. Could have read a book. Breakfast was waffles, white bread for toast and two kinds of cold cereal. Juice and coffee. Room was clean which was a plus! No microwave but did have a refrigerator.

I had no heat in my room and there were bugs possibly cockroaches in my room! The floor was not clean and I found old French fries on the floor! When I asked to move rooms because of no heat the next room given to me also had bugs, the door didn’t want to open and the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom!

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stay added in my life. It took three rooms to find a decent room and then woke up to realize that the side of the nightstand next to my bed was all molded and roaches were in my bed would never ever recommend or stay in this place again I have pictures to back up what I’m saying

out side of building looked high end ,that was deceiving parking was good heat pump worked fine ,cockroaches, .floor was dirty sticky, no tissues in room,with holes in walls with poor patch job wrong size mattress"s for frame all around,skimpy breakfast bar room had no working TV and was without a remote
