Nice place for the night. It did have some things that I wasn’t expecting like housekeeping can do a better job. Corn chips on the floor, soap from the previous guest, garbage not empty. Otherwise it was pleasant. Parking is tight if you have a big truck

Great staff! The room we originally booked had an electrical issue and they called to advise. They offered other options. I accepted one of the options and when we arrived the staff had felt so bad over the mishap that they left me and the kids hot coco with holiday marshmallows. That was incredibly sweet! The room was clean and nicely decorated. On a side note, the bed is extremely hard. Just in case you need a softer mattress. The only complaint that I had was you can hear everything in the room. For example, we could hear our neighbors chatting it up until late into the night (past 11:30 pm) and people going up and down the stairs outside our room door all night.

Had complication checkin in due to property not having any staff on property. Check in was supposed to be self check in via Was supposed to get a code for the door via text, but never received a text. Had to call the hotel for help and someone came to help me and other guests who were having the same problems.

Clean bedding and sheets would have been nice. We had to put T-shirts over the pillows because they smelled like body odor. The sheets and pillow cases were wrinkled. Bedding was dingy and had a brown hue suggesting they haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long. I’ve been wanting to try this place as I frequent the area for skiing and work, but was sadly disappointed at the condition of the bed, which is essentially the most important part of travel accommodations. The check-in was a breeze though and extremely efficient and no fuss. The TV was one of the best I’ve experienced-it was super clear and we got the football games; a plus since I’ve never been able to get NFL games at the places I’ve stayed in SLT.
