This was a clean spacious home with comfortable beds. It was nice being able to use the garage. There is a well supplied dollar general close by.

We booked for two nights to visit family that we had not seen for quite some time. The house was spacious and comfortable. We hope to come back and stay a little longer. It located on a corner lot in a very quiet neighborhood! I am happy I found this one!

Great neighborhood and convenient location. Lake Placid Vacation

Nice property on corner lot in residential neighborhood. We enjoyed our 5 week stay and would not hesitate staying again. The 2 car garage was nice.

Just like home!!

Came to Florida to visit family who lived just a little ways from the house that we rented. When we got there, it was easy to get in. We had the code and everything was perfect in the house. Had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. everything was super clean. The area in Lake Placid, where the house was was very quiet I would recommend to anyone who’s coming to Florida to stay at this rental. You won’t regret it.

Just what I was looking for!

Very private property on a corner lot with private back porch for grilling and relaxing (no houses in view from the back so it's very private). Very quiet neighborhood as it seemed to be many elderly in the neighborhood. 10-12 minute drive to Publix and other restaurants. House was very well kept and had plenty of space. Very easy to communicate with the property owner as well. Thank you! Would stay here again. The only thing missing was a drip coffee maker (only had a Keurig and Nespresso maker).

Clean, quiet place to stay

We were in town to visit a I’ll relative. It was wonderful to come back to a roomy, quiet, neighborhood that was perfect for walking our dog.

Nice 3-BR home exactly as shown in pictures and description. Very clean home w/garage. Nicely furnished. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Nice neighborhood and very quiet in the evenings.

Peaceful Stay

The property was great for a peaceful getaway and accommodation. The property was very clean. Only problem was the carpenter ants and a TV should be in the master bedroom. Other than those two things I highly recommend the property for anyone stay in Lake Placid Florida. I would definitely look for this property again in the future.
