Should call it REST-LESS inn. Worst hotel bed we have ever slept on. Keurig machine broken (lid doesnt close, locking mechanism stuck). We had the suite with full kitchen, but not one pot, pan, plate, fork, spoon, spatula. Nothing, every drawer and cabinet empty. Why have a kitchen? The comp breakfast was fine, the place clean, no complaints there. Guys, get a new bed in Room 108. Wait the inlaws were 109, yea, replace that one too.

This hotel was clean and convenient. But the customer service is next level. I would especially like to acknowledge Dawn, who went above and beyond to help me. I will never forget her kindness. I was staying at Reson in Spencer while taking care of a family member in the local hospital. Dawn could tell I was very stressed and she did everything she could to help me (modifying reservation, making sure I had what I needed) as well as offering me comforting words and support. I hope whoever is reading this sees what amazing team member you have in Dawn.

Nice stay

Very nice place to stay. Locally owned. Only complaint is 2nd building has to walk over if they need anything like the pool, front desk service, breakfast. But overall a nice place to stay. Will stay again. The staff was very friendly. Just had 1 that was kinda rude but every place has to have one in the group.
