This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home contains approximately 1416 square feet and sleeps up to 12! It was purchased by the current owners in January 2020. Lots of remodeling! OUTSIDE. Huge two level deck and easy walk down to the newer concrete dock with a 12 x 32 foot slip with an 8,000 lb. lift. Charcoal grill. The main deck has two sets of patio dining tables that seat a total of 8, lounge chairs, and a hot tub. The lower deck has a bistro table that seats 4. HOT TUB: The hot tub cover must be kept on the hot tub when it is not being used to maintain the water temperature and keep the water as clean as possible. Failure to keep the cover on when the hot tub is not in use will result in an additional cleaning charge of $50.

Home has a carport and drive that accommodates two vehicles, and a lot across the street that accommodates 3. Security cameras are used in outdoor areas. Parking on the street is prohibited by the subdivision regulations.
