The cottage was very nice and the owners were very quick to respond when I messaged them with a question. The pool was very close and clean. There is not any trailer parking available if needed, however we were able to secure some parking at a nearby storage facility. We will definitely check the availability of this property the next time we visit the lake!

Family fun trip

The property was fantastic! We love the location and the water view. The public docks right outside the home were perfect for renting a boat. The pool just steps from house was very convenient as well. We hope to return!

Awesome Villa

The villa was just as advertised. It was super clean, and proximity to the pool was amazing for us with small children. It had everything and more that anyone would need for a great vacation. We didn’t need to contact the owner, but that just means check in process was smooth and we had no issues!!

Great Stay!

We had a great time and really loved our stay! The pool is right next to the house and we floated by the public docks. I will warn that the lower level pull out couch is a bit broken, so the bed isn't very comfortable - everyone else in the house said their bed was super comfy! The house is cute and has great space to hang out inside and outside for a group of 7!

Spring break getaway

We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it was great! Everything was very clean including the furniture, blankets, sheets, and towels. The memory foam beds were so comfortable and water pressure was amazing! Love how the dock is just out the door. The only imperfection was the coffee maker wasn’t draining quite right. Everything exceeded our expectations here and we can’t wait to return. Thanks for a fantastic spring break getaway!

Best VRBO Ever!!

I wanted to see the leaves this fall and this was the perfect location to do that. This treehouse is right on the water with an incredible view of the tree-lined shore. What a joy to wake up to such beauty everyday! This is THE cleanest property I've ever stayed in. I've stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this is by far the best. The property manager/owner communication was outstanding. I hope to have this location as my "go-to" at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Perfect Family Get Away!

We had a wonderful stay. It is the perfect treehouse (as my children called it). The property is very well kept, and the house stocked with many necessities. I really appreciated having the pool toys and floaties available. We plan on visiting again! John was great when we had difficulty understanding the lock system when we checked in at 12:30am. This is a great get away!

Very much enjoyed where I stayed

Very much enjoyed where I stayed. The only thing I can say is the stairs are so all the way down to the Lake and to the pool and looks closer than it is in the pictures. I got to spend time with my family that live in the area. For barbecue, we had so much fun. It was very peaceful there lots of hills, but that's the area. Only complaint I have as the toilet seat was broken. As sat on it and almost fell to the floor other than that, we had a fantastic, terrific time.

Very nice rental home

The house was in a perfect location with everything you could’ve asked for. The public boat slips were under construction and John even let us use the private ones. Overall it was a great stay!

Charming, Spacious and overall awesome!

We had a group of 8 friends and we had such a great time staying in this home. It’s hard to tell by the photos, but it’s very spacious! With the pull out couches and room dividers, it functions as a 4 bedroom! The lake access is really nice and close by, and the 3 pools are so nice. My friends and I spent most of our time on the premises since there was so much to do and the place was nice to be in. The place also had plenty of condiments, towels, everything we need for a comfortable stay. John was a great and accommodating host who always responded promptly and was very hospitable. Nice getaway

Off season, but views and fishing and animal watching was wonderful. Great location, lots of space, nice big deck. Thinking of returning already when weather and water temperature is warmer. Thanks!!
