    In town for a softball tournament. Staff was extremely friendly. Spacious area around lobby was nice to have for a place for other teammates staying there and us to congregate.

    It was a nice hotel, but really overpriced. I had to pay an extra $100 non refundable for my dogs to be there. The parking lot has no shade. Also there were tons of signs that say coffee 24/7 however from the time we got there at 1pm until we checked out by the following day at 2 am there wasn’t coffee not one time.

    The hotel itself was clean and smelled very nice. Our room wasn’t cleaned. The bed was filthy and I had to request new sheets because the sheets were dirty and smelled of oily, dirty smell. The sheets were wrinkled and filthy! The floors were dirty with shoe prints all over them and particles all over the floors. I will never stay at the Hilton again! I’m disgusted! Julie A. Smith

    The hotel is new. The staff was friendly. The room was not fancy by any stretch but it was clean and everything worked as it was supposed to. We were there for one night on our way to Augusta. It totally and comfortably served its purpose.

    Customer service (LISA) was the best & nice hotel

    Lisa at reception was nothing short of AMAZING! Great hotel, my only issue was house keeping could have used a little more detail in the shower (prev. guest pimple patches still stuck on wall) Other than that, very pleased with my stay.

    We stayed in room 307 on the night of 2/5/25 I found hair on the bathtub wall. The bath towels were not folded properly, it seems like the person who cleaned the room didn’t really care about the neatness of his/her job. It seems like the pillows were positioned in a hurry. Because of what I found, I had to check the beds to make sure he/she changed the bedsheets.
