It was great to stay in a place that gave me a kitchenette. The only reason that I'm not giving a five-star rather than a four-star review is because the kitchen wasn't well appointed; I had fortunately brought a cooking kit with me.

This was a very nice motel, well maintained, cute pool, clean and quiet. Better than the pictures! Maybe the free continental breakfast could be upgraded but adequate. Surprisedly very nice!!

The motel’s location near Lake Havasu is convenient, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The room had visible dust, the bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, and the linens felt questionable. While the staff was friendly and the price was reasonable, the lack of proper upkeep made the stay less comfortable. If cleanliness is a priority, you might want to look elsewhere.

Lake havasu exploring

Our room was spacious with a sitting area which we liked. The bed and bath were very clean. The bed and pillows weren’t top of the line but fine for 1 night. We liked the kitchenette to prepare a simple dinner. It had an induction hob, pots, and dishes, microwave and small fridge. The carpet could use a shampoo, and some fingerprint smudges on door and cabinet surfaces but otherwise clean. The breakfast was hard boiled eggs, yoplait yogurt, English muffins, bagels, pancakes, cold cereal, or instant oatmeal plus coffee, juice & milk. We would stay here again. It was very close (within a few minutes driving) to the London bridge.
