Long term remodel

Sway is a hotel that has been in a long-term remodel... Most of the rooms have been updated and most of the property has been but it's definitely still in the process. My room was missing a headboard, missing the lens of one of the light fixtures above the bed, missing the mini fridge, in the bathroom it was missing several pieces of tile, door trim around the bathroom door was missing and the shelf above the closet rod was full of dust and dirt and sawdust.

I recommend this place to anyone that visits Havasu. It was under construction when we were there, but they are improving the grounds. The rooms were clean and cozy, the beds were very comfortable. I give the staff a 5 star rating!! I would recomend anyone visiting that is not looking to break the bank to stay here!! I know we will be staying there again.

The hotel is under renovation but what they have done is very nice. Beds comfortable but pillows not great very hard. One negative is the Rooms are very small especially if you have 4 people. No breakfast available it would be nice if they had coffee pots in the rooms. The hotel had a good view of the lake and very walkable to restaurants, the bridge and the lake.
