The staff was nice and helpful. Room needed upgraded. Air conditioning did not work. Battery to control the living room fan was out. Fridge light out. Beds were uncomfortable. The guests staying next to us were loud. Called down to the desk to complain, but no one answered even after several attempts. View of the lake was beautiful and local restaurants served delicious food.

Wonderful stay!

This is a very clean hotel, the staff, especially the GM Todd Griffin, is very welcoming and hospitable. The view from your balcony is amazing, and amenities in the room were appreciated. We will be back SOON!

It's not my first time here, it's quiet, the place itself is wonderful and charming, always tidy, it seems that it has just been renovated, I don't know how they manage it, but it's very wonderful, I remember a year ago I had booked rooms, I called at the last minute to say that I wouldn't come because there was a big snowstorm and they gave me all the money in a humane manner. I will always stay here whenever I am on that coast.
