Good stay and had all you needed. Nothing too fancy but not needed. Some updates occurred but maybe a few more needed. Clean for the most part and would have better enjoyed if a full ocean view.

The room carpet joining to tile strip contained numerous nails, which were placed sharp side up, poking my feet. The engineering guy pulled nearly 10 such nails in about 2feet stretch waiting to poke. Another room, the key card was not working the very first entry and engineering replaced. Car parking is small, there is option to park in sister proprty about two blocks away, I parked one night in a facility opposite of the property based on info from a staff.

Stayed here for 5 nights before Christmas with my two young daughters under 10, and they absolutely loved it. We enjoyed the hot tubs every night! Cleanliness was 10/10, location 10/10, and the views were 10/10. We loved the view, though the sound of the waves at night was quite loud since we were on a lower floor, even with the windows closed. I would’ve happily given 5 stars if the staff were a bit more helpful. Also, room service costs extra, and it would be great if there were more parking spots available.

I cannot say enough about this place. Please take the upgrade and book it for the ocean view. It’s absolutely stunning and absolutely worth it. The staff was amazing. They’re in checking in and everything is perfectly situated to get you food and still see the sites from the airport.

Cockroaches… power outages.. leaking AC… and almost no staff. We had to switch rooms because the first one had cockroaches… the second room luckily had fewer, but we did see a couple. There was practically no staff at the front desk; we actually had to walk to the resort next door just to check in because the staff here had left early. The AC unit was mounted directly above the bed and would leak water down onto us while we were sleeping. By day 5, we asked for towels since our room hadn’t been serviced once, and we were met with attitude. By day 8, still no room service at all. I would highly recommend paying a bit extra and staying somewhere else. Between the bugs, the lack of service, the leaking AC, and tontop it off the power going out, it’s just not worth the risk of bringing home pests or dealing with the hassle.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kahana Beach Vacation Club! The location is perfect — right on the beachfront with incredible ocean views, and just a short walk to nearby stores and restaurants. It was so convenient and relaxing at the same time. The atmosphere was peaceful, the area was beautiful!

The area is just so beautiful and it is really close to a lot of great spots. They also have a lot of great advice for once in a lifetime opportunities and activities. It was just such an amazing honeymoon because of the people here.

Room was clean and spacious. The closet has an ac filter or vent above it that dripped and wet my clothes that were hanging. I needed the blowdryer to dry my clothes before leaving. Even when all clothes were dried from laundry the room was damp and clothes felt damp. The corner of the room seemed to have a leak. The carpet was wet. Downstairs coupons seemed to be traded for sitting through a time share selling orientation- NO. They provide coffee which was nice but only for 2 days out of the 7. After that they charge. The views were beautiful.
