Nice and modern holiday apartment in Meran area

Wonderful three nights stay at the end of year 2023. Nice, modern apartment and flawless clean in Meran outskirts. The owner Magdalena is exremely welcoming and kind young lady, have met us at the bus stop in order to guide us personally to the apartment. The check-out was comfortable as well. Would come again for sure!

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick vom Balkon aus. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und war sauber. Mit dem Bus ist man in ca. zehn Minuten in Meran. Uns hat es super gefallen und wir können die Unterkunft nur loben!

Gern wieder

Eine sehr moderne und helle Dachgeschosswohnung. Leider sind es 59 Stufen bis zur FeWo, was Erwähnung finden sollte. Umgebung kannten wir, nur den traumhaften Blick hatten wir bisher noch nicht. Einfach super!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, haben uns wohlgefühlt

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super, so dass die Anreise schon problemlos lief. Die Wohnung ist noch relativ neu und nach unserem Geschmack eingerichtet. Das ganze Haus wurde vor ca. einem Jahr energetisch saniert, so dass es sich in der Dachgeschosswohnung trotz Außentemperaturen um die 35 Grad gut aushalten ließ. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, so dass es ruhig ist. Fußläufig ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum, wo sich auch ein Supermarkt befindet. Auch diverse Geschäfte und Lokale gibt es im Ort. Mit der GuestCard konnten wir kostenlos verschiedene Museen besuchen und auch den ÖPNV nutzen. Alles in allem haben wir trotz Hitze eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht.

Moderne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung, perfekt für 2-3 Personen (3. Person auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich). Schlüssel-/Wohnungsübergabe komplett kontaktlos, aber mit digitalem Kontakt und Anleitung per WhatsApp. Wir waren vorher ein kleines bisschen beunruhigt, aber es hat alles hervorragend geklappt! :-) Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Wanderungen und die Nutzung der Algunder Gästekarte. In der Wohnung liegt viel Material aus, auch Bücher mit Wandervorschlägen sind vorhanden und wurden von uns gerne zu Rate gezogen. Die 6 Tage haben kaum ausgereicht, Meran, Algund und Umgebung zu erkunden. Deshalb kommen wir gerne mal wieder ...

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, der Ausblick wunderschön. Die Lage ist sehr günstig - Bus und Bahn sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen, Der Algunder Waalweg ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.
