This beautiful and spacious 300 square metre villa is set in a large coastal plot. All the principle rooms in the villa are spacious and bright and offer sea views. The Living room, dining room, kitchen and Bedroom 1 all open onto the pool terrace. Bedroom 2, which is on the first floor, has its own balcony with stunning views over the terrace , gardens and on to the ocean. The property benefits from direct access to the clifftop path through its wonderful mature gardens, offering expansive views along the coast all the way from Ponte da Piedade in the east to Sagres in the west.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a safe and a microwave.

A wonderful family holiday villa!

We just got back from a two week stay and what a fabulous villa. The location is ideal for Burgau and Luz beaches and restaurants, and access to the cliffs for waking directly from the gardens is brilliant. The views are utterly spectacular from everywhere in the garden and villa - we never got tired of looking out to sea. The photos don’t do the grounds justice - we spent most of our time relaxing and making the most of the amazing sea views and beautiful gardens. The pool was wonderful - absolutely huge and the kids had such a brilliant time swimming all day every day. Incredibly spacious, clean and well stocked, there were plenty of places for everyone inside and out for our party of 8. We had a truly fabulous holiday and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

A property that is second to none

The property has a view that is simply breathtaking. The house accommodated my wife, my two sons and my daughter in law. 4 nice bedrooms, two master suites. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Great proximity to Luz and Lagos. We must have hit the market in Luz 4 times. So very convenient. David is super responsive. My only constructive criticism is have more than 2 beach chairs , 5 beach towels and refresh the tennis rackets and add some new tennis balls.

We have just had two fabulous weeks at this beautiful villa. The gardens were even better than the description on Vrbo website! Can't really find any faults with the villa or location and definitely planning to return in the future. A real gem within Praia da Luz!

Incredible compound, perfect location

The property is even better than the pictures! The location is perfectly central to daytrip and visit beaches on either side of the coast. The property is well maintained and clean. David, the host was prompt to address any issues or concerns. We had a private chef come and cook for the group, and I can also not recommend that enough. So fantastic. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend the property to anyone. Perfect for sunrises over the ocean. The grounds and trails were stunning. Simply a blissful week. Thank you David!

Perfect Location for Western Algarve

Fantastic location, gardens and setting with very comfortable villa amenities

We stayed in David’s villa for a week over summer. It was a fantastic experience. The location and extensive gardens were glorious - very private and truly meant we could get away from it all. The villa more than met our requirements. Spacious bedrooms and communal areas with traditional furnishings that matched the character of the house. The house is very well set up with extensive kitchen facilities, lots of spaces to dine as well as lounge and the kids made use of a varied toy box, ping ping and tennis area (although spent most of the day in the pool). That’s said you aren’t too far away from it all and local shops and restaurants are easily accessed (even on foot). We would thoroughly recommend the villa to others looking for an idyllic setting away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the Algarve.

The house and pool are great and gardens and views simply spectacular!

My family had an absolutely fantastic time at this property. We were a 3 generation group of 6 with set of grand parents, parents and 2 very active boys. David was terrific and gave us great info on local towns, beaches and restaurants. The house and pool were super clean when we arrived and kept clean by great staff. Tennis court was amazing, great condition and one of the best views of any I could ever imagine. The location is also terrific, very close (like 5 mins) to two great small towns with beaches and then Lagos only 10 mins away, which we really enjoyed. Also - location is great jumping off point to explore all of the central and western Algarve beaches. We loved every minute of our 8 night stay and would recommend very highly.

Bigger and better than on the pictures

We had a lovely stay at this great villa held in local design. Many neat places in the huge garden to relax, a big warm pool, a functional kitchen with a big fridge, quite rooms and a modern tennis court (concrete floor). Praia da Luz and Burgau are both nearby in a 5-10‘ ride or a 30-45‘ walk. The landlord is communicating professionally, reacts quickly and even fulfilled a wish on short notice. We hope to come back anytime soon.
