Room was dirty, poorly maintained, on a wet cold the room had a noisy air condition blasting and could not be switched off. I was freezing in the day and worst in the night. Expedia should not allow them to use those rooms. The waldrobe rail fell on us when we opened to put our coats. Telephone not working. They dont seem to lean properly or check anything in the room. Shame expedia do not put pressure on them to maintain standards.

Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So close to the train station and bus station if you decide to go back to Lisboa by bus (which is so much better than the train). Literally one minute walk to the bus station. It’s a resort NOT a hotel. The stuff is GREAT! Beatrice helped us a lot. The room is nice, breakfast is good!!!! It is just so good!

Very clean everywhere. Good indoor swimming pool and sauna. Very good breakfast, Prosecco, a nice touch. We always have a job finding our rooms, it was the same last year too! Outside areas are getting tired. But, overall, a very good Hotel, well located too.

No view basement room. Building is a maze of stairs and corridors. $18 extra per hour for late check out. Power in room goes out when you leave the room so no charging of all your devices when you are out.
