The reception staffs was very rude and need training.No customer service skills at all. I am highly disappointed and also there are hidden charges which I was forced to pay . Taking 100k off me after a long negotiation from 250k. There is no where in the terms and conditions that you need to pay for photo taking around the hotel.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. From the moment I entered the hallway, the staff greeted me warmly, and the cleanliness was outstanding. The technology in the room was impressive, and it felt personalized; when I turned on the TV, my name appeared on the screen. The entire staff, including cleaners, waiters, and waitresses, were fantastic. Overall, my experience was amazing, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nigeria, especially in the Ikeja or mainland area.

The place is wonderful. The rooftop bar provides additional comfort and relaxation. My only disappointment is that the sockets in the rooms are not travel friendly. They should install universal power outlets in the rooms and provide additional usb charging points.

Really nice Boutique hotel. Stayed in a studio room. It was an ultrashort stay so i didn't get to try the meals. Had an issue with my air conditioner which was promptly fixed by a very pleasant gentleman. I'd definitely be back!
