We have stayed in Baia before and the complex is excellent. Sadly this apartment was not serviced by the complex and was a private rental via DreamAlgarve. We were not impressed with this company. Firstly the key pick up was a hassle. You have to collect the key from their office in Lagos at 4pm. There was a queue out the door with all the people waiting to pick up keys for DreamAlgarvea various properties We were only given one Keycard and for an active family of 4 this was no use. We had to organise via several emails and phone calls a second key card to be generated. The is took far too long to organise The apartment was not up to the standard Baia usually have it. The dishwasher didn’t work so we had to hand clean all the dishes. The glasses and cutlery were dirty on arrival and the kitchen handles sticky and unclean. We were to get a maid service twice but this only happened once and required us to email many times (DreamAlgarve won’t answer your emails so don’t waste your time) and call. When we spoke to dreamalgarve they gave us a day the cleaner would arrive and so we made armaments to be out the apartment. On 3-4 seperate occasions they didn’t come when we were told The complex is excellent, the town lovely and we’ve stayed there many times. I won’t use any properties though serviced by DreamAlgarve. I suggest others don’t as well

Apartamento muy amplio y espacioso, terraza espectacular y aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Limpieza un poquito deficiente, faltaron toallas.
