Only ten minutes from the tourist villages of Vallon Pont d'Arc and Ruoms, its location allows you to be in the immediate vicinity of all the sporting, cultural and gastronomic activities of this magnificent region.
The cottage has a panoramic terrace overlooking the garden.
The garden is private and closed with its swimming pool, a summer lounge, a barbecue (charcoal) with an arbor table for your meals, and a bowling alley (+ games for children, swing, ping-pong table, trampoline, goals of soccer).
This place is a real invitation to idleness and summer pleasures and in winter, it ensures you beautiful evenings by the fireplace.
