Enjoy your well-deserved holiday and visit Ponta Delgada by staying at our new house with sea view and two private terraces. It is located in Lagoa, 15 minutes by car from the centre of Ponta Delgada. The island is small and everything is easily accessible by car.

Easy and relaxed check-in with safe or digital codes, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with no extra costs for late arrivals.



Fast Wi-Fi for remote digital workers, speed is also guaranteed for business trips. Cable TV also available.

Perfect for short or long stays as it is fully furnished.



The apartment has five rooms, three with double beds (two of them with lower ceilings on the upper floor) and two rooms with two single beds, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests. It has two bathrooms. The apartment has stairs.



The apartment is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen products, hairdryer, iron, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher.



Smoking is only permitted outside the property. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence of violation of this rule (for example, tobacco smell or smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least 250€ in accordance with current legislation.



Please note that for stays longer than 20 nights, a fair use policy will be applied, with a limit of 90€ in costs (Water 35€ + 55€ electricity). The difference from this amount will be charged as an extra. Note that at the beginning of each stay longer than 20 nights we will send the current readings and make the readings on the day of your check out.



Note that despite our efforts to have everything ready, the island is very humid and there may be some humidity in the house as well as visits from animals that we cannot control (although we have no record, cockroaches are something we do not control well, as well as mosquitoes). We do not assume any responsibility for the reasons mentioned above.



Access codes to the property are only provided on the day of check-in, after we have the apartment clean and ready for you.



Make sure you have placed the correct number of guests in your booking and/or request a change to the correct number of guests before your check-in. We may refuse the stay or charge additional fees if the actual number of guests is higher than what is stated in your booking.
