In addition to the spacious roof terrace, the house has a ground floor terrace and private garden with outdoor dining facilities including a barbecue. There is also a communal swimming pool which has the most incredible frontline postition with unobstructed views from the pool to the Atlantic Ocean.



The house has two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open plan living / dining area and fully fiited and equipped kitchen. It has been stylishly decorated, has air conditioning throughout, fibre optic wi-fi and parking is available directly outside the house.



The house is located in the popular village of Benagil. Home to one of the most famous sea caves in in the world - Algar de Benagil.



There are several restaurants and cafés within walking distance of the house and from the main beach in Benagil, you can avail of a wide variety of water sports as well as boat trips to the sea cave and around the many grottos in the region - an experience you simply must make!



The area is also home to the Seven Hanging Valleys trail, a coastal walk that starts in the nearby town of Carvoeiro and end at Praia da Marinha, one of the most renownd and famous beaches in the country.



Located in such a central location, this house offer the perfect base for your holiday being just a stones throw away from so many attractions, activities and some of the best beaches the region has to offer.



Tourist tax

Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.

Exceptional

We booked almost last minute and only had the photos to go on. We were extremely impressed on arrival. The house is fabulous. Every amenity a family could ask for. We could not have been more impressed. Together with its prime location we couldn't have been more happy. To the extent we will shortly book again to stay here if its available. We have never used Vrbo before but we certainly will and will recommend Vrbo. Thank you.

Das Haus entsprach genau dem Inserat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter lief ohne Probleme. Eine kleine Beanstandung wurde sofort behoben. Die Lage und der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist wunderbar. Der Poolbereich ist eher für Erwachsene geeignet, da Tauchen, ins Becken springen oder aufblasbare Wasserspielzeuge untersagt sind.
