The staff was so nice and helpful front desk was great. As soon as we walked in it smelled wonderful it was very clean. We went to our rooms they were so cold like i like. Everything was cleaned nice and smelled great. I will be back every year for Madi gras.....Also the breakfast was great. Thank you for making our stay so nice and comfortable 💕 ✨️.

Hole in the ceiling. The television wouldn't work. I had just buried my Mom that day. I wanted a nice place to stay before driving 5 hours back to my home. Also the walls are very thin. You heard every normal speaking conversation people having, their conversation at 2am when they came home and then the morning sounded like something out of a chapter from 50 shades of gray The refrigerators condenser had leaked all over the capeting carpet it sits on. That was very wet.

Shuttle service was friendly and excellent. Try to call before you book, so they don’t have to react at the last minute. Rooms were very clean, didn’t eat breakfast but looked good. Plenty of options to eat. Only issue was Lyft and uber, had issues getting to the hotel with traffic in the morning, but no fault of the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel!!! It's very nice and the fragrance they use is absolutely breathtaking!!!! I will definitely stay here again if I'm in Lafayette. The breakfast was great as well and the hotel staff was very accommodating

My first room smelled like cigar smoke so I got another. The smell of the hotel is overwhelming, they pump some scent into the hotel excessively, making you wonder if they are masking something. Also I was there for 3 nights and my key cards quit working twice, I do not recommend and would not stay there again.

I had a procedure at the Ochsner Hospital close by and had to be there early so I didn't get to see or have breakfast, but the hotel was clean quiet and nice! Definitely stay again!
