They said non smoking but room looked clean but had a strong smell of smoke. Front deck very nice and refunded iur money and went some place else.

This hotel has potential…as soon as they address underlying problems. The good-the staff that we interacted with were pleasant; check-in was smooth and we were upgraded to a room with a hot tub in suite. Off to a good start…the bed was really comfortable and the size of the room was great and had a sitting area which was nice. This hotel offers breakfast however on morning #1..we were informed that breakfast service was not available and we spoke to the desk staff and they offered to adjust our rate. Very reasonable solution. The concerns-the upkeep of daily, expected basic cleaning was not happening. Trash cans in the lobby, breakfast room were stuffed/overflowing and never emptied over 4 days. We did not get housekeeping services the entire time we were there (4 days) even after requesting service twice. The hotel really needs a thorough cleaning, especially in the shared areas..There was an overload of people loitering in the parking lot all night/day which was disturbing and unsafe. (Hint-don’t allow this) All this could be addressed fairly easily and this could be a better experience if attention to these concerns are addressed as the location was convenient, the desk staff and Management were nice, and we liked the room.. In summary, we would consider trying this hotel again if changes are made.
