The elevator sounded sketchy but we didn't get trapped. Coffee was good. The a/c was mid - couldn't get it as cool in the room as we like. But the beds were comfy, and the room was clean.

The room was great. Everything was clean and orderly. Breakfast was acceptable quality. The staff worked hard to make sure nothing ran out. The only unfriendly experience was the check-in. The front desk person was unwelcoming. She was not rude, but she made no effort to make me feel welcome or explain the need for credit card, ID, and signature. I felt like I was bothering her by being there. First impressions mean a great deal. I don't know if I'll be back, even though we occasionally visit this city.

Very nice clean hotel, good price compared to other higher priced hotels in the area. Front desk staff wasn't rude but wasn't overly friendly. She didn't smile once, but again she wasn't rude, I understand things happen. I would stay here again anyway.

Clean and quiet. Wasn't thrilled with the mattress which was saggy in spots, but the room was nice and spacious with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was full of options, and even picky eaters found things to eat there.

More than half the lights in our room didnt work, stains on tubs and other items, front desk called our room at midnight to see if we had a walmart order up front. Tv wouldnt work most of the night. (No we didnt)
