Refurbished villa with golf cart, great location, corner lot

This completely refurbished villa has all new appliances, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and furnishings is situated close to Lake Sumter's Town Square and Spanish Springs Town Square where entertainment is nightly. The championship golf course and Country Club Tierra Del Sol is a 3 minute golf cart ride with an amazing restaurant and pool. The master bedroom has a king bed , a private bathroom and a walk in California closet. The guest room has 2 twin beds with a double California closet. Both bedrooms have Roku tv's. The open living area has a sectional pull out couch, a 55" TV, a desk, a dining room table which seats 6 and opens into the kitchen with a counter and a couple of stools. The washer and dryer is off the kitchen. There is a lanai with a coffee table and 4 chairs and a bird cage ( a screened in area) also offers more seating. The corner lot gives you additional privacy.
