The room we stayed in was dirty. The rug was stained all through the room. The room had a very bad odor to it. No fire alarm. Has wires hanging out from the ceiling. Stayed three nights with no house keeping services. Had to go and buy towels and wash clothes from Walmart in order to bathe. I actually would like a full refund!

I knew this place wasn't a 5 star hotel. It was exactly what I expected. I think I had a newer renovated room? The king size bed was comfortable. The shower seemed new also. Overall the room was neat and clean but very small. I only slept there and didn't spend much time, but the room was adequate for my needs.

The overall experience was just okay. The price for the room was very affordable. The man at the front desk at check-in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and recently renovated (new carpet, furniture, and bedding.) Bathroom was renovated as well, however, the room was advertised as handicapped accessible. Since it was Bike Week in NH, it was the only room available. While we did not need the accommodations, we did note that there was not enough space for a wheelchair or walker to navigate between the beds and the bureau. Also, there was no grab bar near the toilet and the accessible shower head was placed so high up that no handicapped person would be able to access it. They also had a folding chair inside the shower which does not seem safe. The room slept 4 but only had two towels so we had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. They advertised they had free breakfast which was not well stocked for a sold out hotel. There was literally 8 pieces of stale bread, three bananas, a handful of oranges, and six yogurts. They did have two kinds of cereal and milk and a waffle maker that was fun. There was never any sugar for the coffee and just a handful of non-dairy creamers. There was never anyone at the reception desk

It looks like the owners are rennovating the property, as the hotel room itself was ok. So things may improve. But tbe rest of the property was filthy & just in desperate need of repair and/or a coat of paint. The breakfast area is in same room as check-in. While checking-in around 3:30PM, I noticed crumbs & old food left out on counter which was disconcerting. But when I accidentally leaned against the counter, it was covered with spilled syrup - all down the cabinet & a puddle on the floor which was just gross. The hotel is on a main street, so there's a lot of traffic noise.

The view was gorgeous. The property, not so much. The sheets and towels had brown/red stains on them. There flies and cobwebs inside. The room we had, had a huge soft spot in the floor. Looked like there was roof leakage that was down in the common area as well.

I really liked the location. It is situated right across from a lake. Beautiful view. However, the interior of the Inn he is in really bad shape. The screens on the windows are not properly fitted, which is a serious danger for each child as well as bugs can get into the rooms. It's just very dirty. It looks like the rugs haven't been washed in 30 years. There is no one at the front desk after 9 PM. The only way to get in contact with them is a telephone number which wasn't answered a couple times when we were trying to check out. They are very nice people that work there.

Absolutely not a recommended place to stay! Let's start with the exterior, it's not only photos, not exactly real thing! All surrounding lakes are private property, so it's forbidden to approach them except from a distance. Even though the fee includes breakfast, there is enough (can say no breakfast), if you suddenly have a problem and call the reception, no one picks up the phone, if you go in person, their door is closed, I personally got very disappointed. Don't try to stay here.

Bathroom not cleaned

Not very clean. The bathroom toilet had not been cleaned, there was a pile of dead bugs behind the bathroom door, shower curtain/rod was on the floor when we arrived. We went to the front desk and requested another room and they kindly did, but we were still pretty disappointed.

The price was right!

Upon arrival there was a mass of people who were checking in. In the room where you do this is also the continental breakfast room with one big dining room table and chairs. People were packed in there and the ones who just checked in were coming straight back to complain. One lady had no electricity in the bathroom. The other one was upset that her room had not been cleaned yet from the previous night. After 20+ minutes I finally got checked in. That night we discovered big black carpenter ants and the only lamp in the room had a short and flickered like poltergeist. The bed had deep impressions and the pillows were very flat. The price was right though. Lol

Not too impressed.

It was like a half way house for troubled people. Granted, people have issues to deal with, however, I think it should be announced that their main business seems to be long term tenants and in dire straits. The grounds reflected as much due to cigarette buts, broken chair on the ground that was the entire time I stayed, and the one visit by a patrol officer at night with his lights off and running in and out of the building. I seen breakfast stuff behind a closed and locked door, but never did see anyone unlocking it…at breakfast anyways. Brunch time, yes. But I was on a family business trip and didn’t have the time to set and wait until 0900-10am. So how was my stay? Never do it again, there anyways.
