Overall the place was great. My friend and I stayed for one night to attend a concert at the Pavilion. Room 407 needs the refrigerator to be defrosted (wasn’t working) and the fan on the A/C didn’t work on the low setting. Minor issues which really didn’t disrupt our stay for 1 night. Would stay here again.

Rude staff, no manager on duty!

Rude staff, no manager on duty, and charged my card 2x...would not remove the 2nd bill at the hotel....have to dispute it with my cc company. Would not print me a receipt, as i made the reservation through a 3rd party.

Old funky smell, not very clean, too expensive for the run down facility. Front desk couldn't keep housekeeping from trying to get in even though I specifically requested NO HOUSEKEEPING UNTIL CHECK OUT.

DO NOT STAY HERE

1st room smelled like cigarettes, sink was dirty, surfaces dirty. Changed to 2nd room- smelled, dirty sheet, broken shower door, sink didn't drain, bathroom door didn't close. Checking out the front desk refused to give me a print out claiming that because it was booked via a 3rd party. I asked about hotel charges print out, again was denied. I asked if he could see them on his computer screen, he said yes. I asked if I could have a print out again he denied me.
