Spread across spacious and verdant hamlets, the residence is particularly appreciated for its preserved environment and collective facilities, including a swimming pool, tennis courts and a space dedicated to activities with a restaurant. This location is perfect for a seasonal rental in Lacanau, in immediate proximity to the lake and cycle paths, while remaining just a few kilometres from the Atlantic Ocean beaches.



The house, of type T4, offers a functional and pleasant layout to accommodate a family or a group of friends. On the ground floor, the living area consists of a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen allowing for complete autonomy, as well as a comfortable lounge area with sofa and television. Large bay windows provide beautiful brightness and open onto a landscaped terrace with garden furniture, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors in a green setting.
