Good place for a stop over

Arrived earlier and sent out at 35'C despite rooms available. I came back as indicated at 4 pm. Room allocated dirty briefly not made ready. After insisting another room was provided. Staff arrogant and not helpful but not in purpose. They are like that by nature I suppose, as no apologise given.

Inte särskilt imponerad, lite smutsigt på rummen mm, överlag dock helt Ok… Frukosten över förväntan! Tyvärr var receptions chefen både otrevlig och ovillig att hjälpa till, övrig personal på alla avdelningar var dock strålande! Språkförbistringar vållade en del missförstånd men de klarades ut. Ingen katastrof men kommer undvika att bo här igen om jag har chansen…

Mérite un large détour !

Si le service et les équipements sont très convenables et correspondent aux attentes du plus grand nombre en famille, la qualité de l’hébergement est exécrable. Le lit principal est un canapé lit et au prix de vente c’est inacceptable. Les logements son proches de baraquements d’une autre époque genre 70 dans son jus, aucune isolation que ce soit thermique ou phonique. VMC totalement obsolète et extrêmement sonore et enfin certainement des pompes de relevage pour les eaux usées ce qui assure également un bruit super désagréable. BREF pas les vacances et surtout rapport qualité prix abusif.

Séjours agréablement calme deux petits bémols à l arrivé grosse confusion au niveau du check in sur mon site de réservation il n étais pas précisé que le linge de maison n était pas fourni heureusement il y avait les draps et il nous ont dépanner d une serviette de toilette merci au réceptionnistes. Deuxième bémol le site est infesté de moustiques nous empêchent de manger dehors et de jouer à la pétanque. Je sais que vous allez me dire que se n est pas de leur faute mais je pense en tout objectivité que si le faussé a l entrée du site était curé et nettoyé il y aurait moi t de moustiques.

ATTENTION À VOS RÉSERVATIONS

L'état des chalet est bien la propreté est un peux à revoir toile d araignée graisse sur les portes ustensiles. Mais dans l ensemble etats satisfaisant. Juste un bémol je réserve pour 3 un chalet à 115€ arriver sur cité ont me dit Ha non il y a eu un beug sa sera 162 € pas très cool,sachant que j'ai parler avec la nouvelle réceptionniste et elle m'avait bien dit que c étais bon les 2 chalet a 115€ je trouve sa moyen de sa part de ne pas avoir pris l'initiative de le dire à notre arriver devant ses supérieurs. Elle dit à non j'ai pas dit sa mais bon. Du coup ils ont eu de la chance que nous avions fais les courses et que nous venions du sud de Toulouse car si non nous repartions. Donc attention quand vous réserver. Après côté animation au top mais juste pour la réceptionniste je pense pas y retourner, car me faire passer pour un MENTEUR devant ma femme et ma fille c'est très moyen. Surtout que j'y avais étais le semaine avant pour le boulot et elle me dit dans les yeux vous avez 2 chalets communiquant pour le même prix qu'une chambre triple sa se fait pas. DSL pour le commentaire qui est un peut long mais fallait que je le dise. ATTENTION quand vous réserver appeler l'accueil avant.

J'ai beaucoup aimé la vue de l'appartement situé àl'étage qui donne sur un petit parc forestier. La proximité des commerces permet de faire beaucoup de chose à pieds. Le cadre naturel de Lacanau avec ses paysages forestiers. Ce que je n'ai pas aimé : Au pieds de mon appartement il y a une table de ping pong et des tables de picnic, en période estivale cela doit être bruyant Personnel de maintenance qui est rentré dans l'appartement pour une intervention sans sonner (la sonnette marche). Ils ont dû frapper sur la baie vitrée du balcon où je me trouvais. Pour résumer on rentre pas chez les gens sans leur autorisation, j'aurais pu être sous la douche etc... Le lit est un peu dur. Impossibilité d'allumer manuellement les radiateurs ( beaucoup d'humidité séjour du 18 avril au 22 avril) ,j'ai donc eu froid... L'équipement est basique mais suffisant, le frigo est un peu vétuste ( tâches jaunâtre a l'intérieur).
