Basic room, nice staffs and good location. But. They allow smokers to smoke on the top floor patio which causes the entire building to smell like cigs. Even during the Breakfast hours, they allow smoking resulting in second hand smoking for breakfast. There's no wifi. Towels are dingy. Door has a gap which allows unruly tourists noise and cigarette smells to come in. We requested early breakfast box the day before in the morning but we did not get any as the cook did not show up. Staffs were apologetic and kind. Good spot if youre here for few days but wouldnt stay for more than few days.

I booked a room at Flamingo Ceria After arriving they informed me that they moved me to Flamingo Avia, a sister property. The bed was decent, the shower was tiny, but small. The AC worked. The restaurant up top had a limited menu, but it was tasty.

Room was nice but thick comforters on the bed were too warm. However there was never any hot water. It was located next to an alley that led to the street with restaurant.
