3 bedroom stunning home in Labin

Idyllic vacation home in just such a location on a really large plot. In addition to the actual 1500 m², guests can also use the 10,000 m² of the owner. You live in the small village of Marceljani and a few kilometers outside Labin. The house is an oasis of peace where every guest will feel comfortable and enjoy the untouched nature. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, a toilet and a bedroom with a bathroom. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms with their own bathrooms. On the covered terrace you can enjoy freshly prepared barbecue specialties while your children play on the seesaw, slide or swing. Refreshment on hot summer days is provided by the modern pool. The property is located on the outskirts of the village, the nearest neighbor is a few meters from the back of the house. Visit the tourist Rabac. Its beautiful beaches with crystal clear water are considered the most beautiful in Istria. The artist town of Labin is known for its numerous galleries and outdoor exhibitions.

2 weken volop genoten van het huisje met incl groot zwembad, vaatwasser, wasmachine etc et

We werden door eigenaars goed ontvangen. Een korte uitleg door het huis en terrein was het genieten van alle vaceliteiten in en rond het huis. Alles was in de woning aanwezig incl Super airco's In alle ruimten. Echt een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar. Groet L. Tiemens

Immer wieder gerne!!!

Wir haben 3 wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Objekt verbracht in denen es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich . Der Pool ausreichend und von der idyllischen Umgebung mit der vielen Natur einfach traumhaft. Hier kann man viel Ruhe geniesen! Die Vermieterin und die Eltern waren sehr nett. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden.
