Craving peace and rejuvenation? Look no further, this house is the perfect place. Its exceptional view of the Rance makes it a tranquil location. Simply head to the garden to enjoy the horizon and the soothing view of the water, where you can even catch a glimpse of the Saint-Hubert bridge.



Direct access to the boat ramp below is via a private staircase. You can store your paddle and other water leisure equipment there. The reserved spaces in the house also allow you to store your watercraft if you wish. 2 nautical centres are located 5 km on either side of the house for the enjoyment of young and old.



The house has a garden and a terrace, which will be your favourite refuge during the fine days. Here, you will take pleasure in savouring your breakfast, in amusing yourself with the children or simply in enjoying a moment of pause.



As for the interior, it has been tastefully fitted out and furnished. Its cosy living room invites relaxation in front of a film on television. The dining room encourages convivial moments around good meals, and finally, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped to easily prepare your dishes.
