I booked the hotel through Expedia with complementary breakfast but hotel refused to honor it. The front desk said it is Expedia’s problem that they allowed us to book room with complementary breakfast and they cannot do anything. I paid more for the room knowing that I would be getting complementary breakfast. The front desk (forgetting the names but there were two ladies in both the occasions) does not have hotel management skills. They just don't know how to treat guests. They do not greet or want to listen to your concerns.

Newer hotel. Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking at Zion National Park. Laundry facilities were great didn’t have to pack dusty clothes. Staff was friendly.

Trip to Zion

Stayed here for our trip to Zion NP. A bit of a drive to the park but not bad and good to be a little away. They let us store our bikes in the luggage room so we could explore the park without them on top of the car. Laundry on our floor was convenient.

The staff I met during the period I stayed were so friendly and helpful. Nice location for grocery and hand to Zion National Park. Facilities are new, stylish and comfortable.

The walls and ceilings very thin. We heard everything around us. After a long day of hiking all we could hear were footsteps above us. In the morning we were woke up by people yelling in the other rooms.

Super hotel and not that far from Zion NP

Very nice hotel and even though its not in Springdale, its close enough to Zion with great restaurants and amenities as well as having a good restaurant at the hotel. Staff are lovely. Make sure you bring your iD if you want alcohol, though.
