Villa Tres Ninos is a completely private and separate home in the Todo Bien Hotel & Resort (https://hoteltodobien.com/). Just steps away, resort amenities include a bar and restaurant, swimming pools, fire pit, large outdoor palapa living room for lounging, private gear shed and direct access to the beach. The team at Hotel Todo Bien are also happy to assist in setting up dinner reservations, massage & spa services, fishing trips, mountain bike rentals and more. Truly the best of both worlds!

Every room has magical views! Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioners and each has a full bathroom with linens and complimentary all natural soap, shampoo & conditioner. The private yard has a hot/cold jacuzzi, multiple seating areas, including a large built-in sofa, a large dining area and a hot water outdoor shower - all overlooking the Sea of Cortez & bay of La Ventana.

The first floor has one bedroom with 2 queen beds, a built in closet, private bathroom and great views of the Bay. The second floor has 2 master bedrooms. The main master has a king bed, balcony, private bathroom with double sinks, large shower and built in closet. The second master has a king bed and private bathroom with large shower and built-in closet. The second floor also has an open floor plan living space with a gourmet kitchen, including a gas range & full-size refrigerator. The dining table seats 6 and the living room is cozy.

Other things to note:
- Easy walking access (just 3 min walk) to the El Teso center which has an awesome local coffee shop, market, gallery and a restaurant.
- Every room has ceiling fans and mini-split air conditioners, allowing you to control the environment for each area of the villa.
- Every bedroom has blackout shades to help assure an uninterrupted sleep. The dining and living rooms also have electric powered shades, that are translucent when closed still show the amazing views.
