It features direct access to the beach, a relaxing outdoor pool open and heated from May 1st until the third week of September, with a paddling pool, jacuzzi, and secure private parking. There's also a paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
This new 58 m² (accessible) apartment on the 2nd floor with an interior view of the residence can accommodate 4/6 people.
It consists of a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and a dressing room, a second bedroom with two 80 cm single beds that can be pushed together and a dressing room, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. You'll also enjoy a 14 m² balcony with patio furniture. This apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility. Shops and restaurants are 50 meters away, and the beach is in front of the residence.
A free private parking space is available for one vehicle per apartment. Please note: no visitor parking is available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G router is available for rent (€40/week).
Pets are welcome at no extra charge. Baby equipment (crib and high chair) is available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be performed by the tenants.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
