Equipment: 5 gas burners, ordinary oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, garden furniture.
Situation ; about 250m from the beach, and 100m from the shops in the city center, the market twice a week, paying public parking next to the rental.
End of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
Option: end of stay cleaning on reservation, fixed price €100, linen is not provided.
