Bien localisé

Petit appartement rudimentaire et simple mais très très propre. Nécessités de base, uniquement, aucun luxe, pas de shampoing ni savon de douche, 1 rouleau de papier de toilette. Télévision avec canaux de base, tous en italien. Seulement 2 oreillers plates. Pour nous: matelas ferme où l’on sent les ressorts, sans aucune couche confort. Le stationnement est un gros plus, même si situé à 300 m (1,000 pied) de l’appartement. Propriétaires très gentils. Ils ont répondus à toutes nos questions et ont été bien aidant. Bel immeuble, en zone piétonne.

La Spezia et plus particulièrement les cinque terre sont des endroits à découvrir.

L'appartement était très bien situé à proximité de la gare et de la marina. Andréa et Patrizia ont été des hôtes très sympathiques et avenants. L'appartement était propre et très bien entretenu, c'était un peu bruyant le soir compte tenu que c'est situé dans une rue pétionne. Mais tout a été parfait pour notre séjour. Annie et Olivier
