Located close to the forest of Janas, not far from the beaches of Les Sablettes and La Vernette, this house is a perfect spot for a nice stay in Provence.
This wonderful, air conditioned house of 107 sq. m , surrounded by a 500 sq. m yard including a beautiful pool, is composed of:
- a large terrace of 70 sq. m with a barbecue,
- a bright and pleasant living room,
- three bedrooms with a double bed, including one with AC,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- two bathrooms with shower,
- a very well-equipped kitchen (Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, fans,
- a baby’s crib, a highchair,
- TV,
- a swimming pool open from mid-May to October,
- parking space is available on the property.
→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo
## Neighborhood
In addition to being close to coves, stores and groceries, you will be a 10-minute drive from the lively district of Les Sablettes, where you can enjoy the night market, bars, restaurants, cafes, and its numerous activities. You will also be able to access the city's nautical activities, or Funnyland, the amusement park for children. Moreover, the Port du Lazaret is also a 10-min drive away if you want to go by boat to Toulon, Saint-Mandrier or Porquerolles. For a little more peace and quiet, you will be able to find the Janas forest with its magnificent panoramic view only a few minutes away.
