Villa in a residential area with swimming pool overlooking the fort of Six-Fours and the harbor of Toulon, equipped with an alarm. Rest assured around the swimming pool with shaded areas on sunbathing. Villa of 150 m², all comfort. On the ground floor, large living room, sitting area and living room with American kitchen, all equipped; oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, wine cellar. In the living room ; double convertible sofa, flat screen, internet connection. WC, utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs ; two double bedrooms with individual bathroom and WC accompanied by a terrace with deckchairs. Outside, large terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture. Landscaped garden with secure swimming pool, and numerous deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful Mediterranean sun. La Seyne sur mer is a very centralized city and a starting point for many activities; first of all, the communal forest of Janas which is a protected site conducive to walking, cycling or even a tree climbing course. In addition, the Seyne sur mer has the most beautiful and large harbor in Europe and especially the largest natural beach in the department. Activities such as sailing, rowing, canoeing at sea, boat rental as well as jet ski possible only 5 minutes from the house. There is also an amusement park for children in the heart of a landscaped park and numerous restaurants which will introduce you to Provencal gastronomy. It is also the starting point for Toulon by sea shuttle and for the islands of Porquerolles protected and paradisiac site. The municipalities of Sanary allow you to go to the Embiez islands, the Golden Islands or the Blackcurrant creeks. The town of Bandol is very close so you can taste its famous great wines.

Empfang & GastgeberWir haben zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen in diesem Haus verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Empfang durch die Besitzer war herzlich, und wir wurden gleich mit vielen Informationen zu Ausflügen versorgt – die wir alle unternommen und sehr genossen haben. Außerdem waren die Gastgeber bei Fragen jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar.Haus & AusstattungDas Haus ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders der Pool war für uns ein Highlight. Auch der große Weber-Grill hat uns begeistert – wir haben ihn sehr gerne benutzt.AußenbereichDer Außenbereich ist fantastisch: ein gepflegter Garten, eine schöne Terrasse mit gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie Liegen zum Entspannen – ideal für ruhige Stunden draußen.SauberkeitDie Sauberkeit war tadellos – alles war ordentlich, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet.Lage & UmgebungDer Strand ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Anfang September haben wir dort immer problemlos einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Im Juli oder August könnte es voller werden. Der Strand selbst ist breit, flach abfallend und ideal zum Schwimmen oder Spielen.Für Einkäufe wie im Supermarkt, Bäcker oder Wochenmarkt benötigt man ein Auto, da diese nicht zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Mit dem Regionalzug von La Seyne-sur-Mer erreicht man Marseille problemlos – ideal für einen Tagesausflug.FazitWir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, und insgesamt entsprach vieles der Beschreibung. Dennoch habe ich 2–3 kleinere Kritikpunkte:Wir sind mit einem 3-jährigen Kind angereist, und die Treppe hat uns echtes Kopfzerbrechen bereitet. Sie ist keinesfalls für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Man kann sehr leicht hindurchfallen, da es kein geschlossenes Geländer gibt, sondern lediglich ein dünnes Seil in der Mitte. Oben, an der Brüstung vom Obergeschoss zum Erdgeschoss, ist es dasselbe – auch dort könnten Kleinkinder sehr leicht hindurchfallen. Wir haben oben notdürftig mit Möbelstücken abgesperrt, aber die Sorge blieb dennoch immer ein wenig bestehen.Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß eher unrealistisch zu bewältigen. Man ist mindestens 30 Minuten unterwegs, und er ist zudem sehr bergig. Die Fahrt mit dem Auto zum Strand ist daher auf jeden Fall einzuplanen, insbesondere, wenn man Kinder dabeihat. Daran führt kein Weg vorbei.In den letzten drei Tagen unseres Aufenthalts gab es leider laute Musik und DJ-Durchsagen bis teilweise tief in die Nacht. Ob wir einfach zu einem ungünstigen Zeitpunkt gebucht haben oder ob dies regelmäßig vorkommt, kann ich nicht beurteilen.Der Strand selbst ist sehr schön, und das Parken dort ist kostenlos. Abends, wenn wir zur Promenade wollten, hatten wir teilweise Schwierigkeiten, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Vormittags hat es hingegen meistens problemlos geklappt.Abschließend möchten wir uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und die freundliche Abwicklung bedanken.

La Seyne sur Mer, was für eine wunderschöne Ecke uns empfangen hat. Das Ankommen verläuft sehr unkompliziert und da Véronique oder Philippe abwesend waren, begrüsste uns Céline sehr offen und zeigte uns alles. Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Die Küche hat alles für das Grillieren, Kochen oder Frühstücken. Der Webergrill funktioniert perfekt und es macht richtig Spass damit. Das Zubereiten am Induktionsherd macht genauso Spass, auch, weil man rundum ohne grosse Schritte gehen zu müssen alles findet. Das Duschen in diesem wunderschönen Haus ist ein Erlebnis und man freut sich auf ein sehr bequemes Schlafen, da auch die Klimaanlagen wunderbar funktionieren. Das Morgenschwimmen ist eine wahre Freude um danach den einen oder anderen Ausflug mit dem im Hof parkierten Auto unternehmen zu können. Einen rundum schönen und erholsamen Urlaub durften wir geniessen und können diesen Ort sehr weiterempfehlen. Merci Véronique und Philippe

Es fehlte an nichts...

Zwei rundum angenehme Wochen haben wir dort verbracht, die auch der kühle Mistral nicht vermiesen konnte. Das Haus bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten, allerdings nicht zwei gleichwertige Zimmer. Die Gastgeber verdienen ein Sonderlob.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit tollem Pool, der von Schatten spendenden Pinien umgeben ist. Alles sehr sauber, insbesondere die Bäder. Insgesamt super ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts! Küche mit hochwertiger Technik. Ebenfalls hochwertige Medientechnik, Fernseher in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmern. Bequeme Betten. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend sowie immer erreichbar. Gegen die Mücken haben wir Moskitonetze mitgebracht, Duftlampen und -stecker sind vorhanden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Herzlich Dank für die tolle Zeit! Sehr bequeme Betten

Un petit paradis…

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à la Seyne sur Mer. La villa est exceptionnelle avec beaucoup de de cachet. Elle allie le charme de l’ancien et une grande modernité des équipements. Toller Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

In einem Wort: toll! Das Haus entsprach grundsätzlich voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen: 30er Jahre Flair, liebevoll eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattete Küche, sehr schöne, immer schattige Außenbereiche, großer Pool. Strandpromenade mit vielen guten Restaurants nach kurzem Fußmarsch (hügelig!) erreichbar. Perfekter ÖPNV nach Toulon - schön zum Shoppen und Genießen (Markthalle!) Einzige Anregung für die Zukunft: Klimaanlage und/oder Mückenschutz nachrüsten. Unser Fazit: wunderschön!

Schöne Villa mit tollem Pool

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch das Besitzer Ehepaar bei der Schlüsselübergabe (inklusive einer Flasche Wein als Willkommensgeschenk). Geschmackvoll renovierte historische Villa mit moderner top ausgerüsteter Küche. Moderne Badezimmer und sehr bequeme Betten. Gemütliche Polstergruppe und moderne TV Geräte (Streaming Apps installiert). Grosser und gepflegter Pool. Viele hohe Bäume spenden für den Pool und die Terrasse angenehmen Schatten an heissen Tagen. Komfortable Liegestühle am Pool. Waschmaschine und Tumbler (was in gemieteten Häusern eher selten ist) vorhanden. La Seyne sur mer eignet sich bestens als Basis für Ausflüge im westlichen Teil der Côte d'Azur. Folgende Punkte müssten sich die Besitzer meines Erachtens überlegen, damit ich eine 5 Sterne Bewertung geben würde (für mich 4 Sterne Plus): - Südfrankreich hat ein grosses Problem mit den äusserst agressiven Tigermücken. Da das Haus über keine Klimananlage verfügt, sollten zumindest die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern mit Fliegenschutzgittern ausgerüstet werden (wir haben dies mit Moskitonetzen für die Betten gelöst, welche wir günstig im Carrefour kaufen konnten). - im Gegensatz zu anderen Hausbesitzern, welche über Fewo Direkt anbieten, mussten wir mit den Besitzern noch einen direkten Mietvertrag abschliessen (auf Französisch, was auch für jemand, der wie ich gut Französisch spricht, aufwendig ist in der Kontrolle der Klauseln. Ich musste auch Korrekturen verlangen, welche anstandslos akzeptiert wurden).

Heerlijk huis

Heel mooi huis op rustige plek, mooie ruime tuin met pool. Huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien en mooi ingericht, komfortabel bedden. Op loopafstand van het centrum, paar minuten met de auto naar supermarkt en strand. Huis was superschoon, aankomst en vertrek easy. Bij vragen was Celine steeds bereikbaar en hielp graag

Sehr schönes Haus mit großen Pool

Sehr schönes und großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit wirklich großen Pool. Die Ausstattung des Hauses und der Küche sind super. Die Bilder sind representativ und beschreiben das Haus sehr gut. Die Kommunikation lief sehr schnell und freundlich. Die Besitzer wie auch die Ansprechpartnerin Vorort sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Dafür vielen Dank! Die Übergabe in beide Richtungen war problemlos. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Das Haus ist noch schöner als die Fotos es zeigen. Sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist der Hammer. Toller Pool, schöne Aussicht. Aber man muss wissen, dass es auf einem Hügel liegt. Alle Einkaufswege haben einen gewissen Fitnessfaktor… Aber wir hatten ja das Auto dabei.
