This 2bd/2ba residence features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, comfy living room, two fireplaces, two outdoor garden terraces, BBQ grill and the convenience of a full-size in-unit washer/dryer. The Space:

Villa Palmera - 2bd/2ba Terrace Residence offers gorgeous views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and our sprawling desert courtyards. Our guests love the privacy of this single level villa and the convenient proximity to all the main clubhouse amenities that Legacy Villas has to offer. The main pool and children's pool are steps away from our front door. The main clubhouse is also where you’ll find our well equipped fitness center, clubhouse, outdoor wedding venue, hammock garden and Legacy Grille. If a quieter vibe is more you speed, then enjoy the quick walk across the hammock garden to the lap pool where you'll typically find adults in quiet relaxation soaking up the sun. With 12 pools and 11 hot tubs spread throughout the resort grounds, you’ll be happy to know that we have another pool and hot tub just beyond our front door where you will often be the only person there. So if you’re looking for a more social and kid friendly experience with roomy cabanas and pool side snacks at the main clubhouse or private relaxation closer to your villa, we have a host of options for you to enjoy our Southern California outdoors.



If relaxation closer to home is what you’re looking for, imagine the slow wandering under the bougainvillea-covered gardens, past the fountains, before returning to your villa to enjoy a glass of wine. Watch another famous La Quinta evening come to a close as the sun sets behind the Santa Rosa Mountains seemingly close enough to touch. From the front gate to the front door, expect to feel the warmth of the sun and the beautiful resort surroundings. Once inside, the living area and kitchen are open and inviting for hosting those family memories you’ve been wanting to create. The beamed ceiling living room features a gas fireplace perfect for those crisp desert nights and a large smart television perfect for snuggling in front of the fire and watching your favorite films. The dining room and bar area has seating for 6, perfect for those family or friend get-togethers. If you want to take the fun outside, the french doors off the dining room open up to a large garden patio with mountain views that will make any meal outdoors magical. Each of the two bedrooms offers a plush king bed perfect for rest and a restart for another day of fun in Southern California. One of your bedrooms features a gas fireplace perfect for cuddling up in bed after a long day. There is a full-size washer/dryer located in the hallway for your convenience. Guest Access:

All of our guests are greeted by our security team at the guard gate and only registered guests are permitted to enter the resort grounds. Registered guests have full access to the resort's beautiful pools, hot tubs, club house, cabañas and well appointed gym from 6am to 10pm. Access to the villa is keyless and your personal entrance code to open the door will be sent prior to your arrival. Guests will have access to the villa and patio for the villa rented. Guests will not have access to the garage area. Please note that there is a video doorbell that captures the exterior of the entry doors (THERE ARE NO CAMERAS IN THE INTERIOR SPACE)

Legacy Villas is an exclusive gated resort community a short walk away from the Waldorf La Quinta Resort and quick drive to Old Town La Quinta, dozens of world-class golf courses, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens that host the BNP Paribas Indian Wells Tennis Open. Legacy Villas is one of the closest resorts to the Coachella Music & Arts Festival, Stagecoach Country Music Festival and a variety of year round concerts and events held at the Empire Polo Club grounds.



The beautiful main pools, lap pool, gym, and clubhouse are less than a 1 minute walk from the villa and smaller pools and hot tubs are just steps away. The clubhouse and covered garden pergola where wedding ceremonies take place are also located at the main clubhouse.



The community is secured by a security guard gate 24/7, and has great walking paths throughout. Registered guests will only be permitted to enter Legacy Villas grounds.



On weekends during high season (*unless posted) the Legacy Grille serves up food and drinks by the main pool. Please see posted operating hours for Legacy Grill at the main pool & clubhouse.



Getting Around:

We suggest our guests rent a car if they are not bringing their own vehicle. There are taxi/Uber/Lyft services should you require them. A 10 minute walk to the Waldorf La Quinta Resort next door for festival shuttles, restaurants, golf, tennis, and shopping. There's parking for 1 car allowed per rental unit (3 when renting the entire 3 unit Villa). There is ample parking for your vehicle in any of the unreserved parking spaces at Legacy Villas.
