Discover your dream getaway at Signature PGA West, situated on the prestigious Stadium Course—an exclusive community built for vacation rentals! The home is located on the 18th hole (PGA West Stadium Course) with breathtaking golf course and mountain views. Our 2,277 sf., 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence is a 2 minute walk to Ernies Bar&Grill and less then 4 miles from the Coachella Music Festival Fairgrounds.

Guest Screening: We’re committed to protecting our properties, which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.

AMEX Golf Tournament: From mid-December to late-January, the American Express Golf Tournament will be setting up for their annual event on the golf course adjacent to our property. This means that there may be obstructions and limited visibility of the golf course during this period.

Please be aware that our vacation rental property is located near a golf course. We want to inform our guests that we have no control over and are not responsible for any renovations, maintenance, or construction activities that may occur on the golf course during your stay. These activities are managed solely by the golf course administration and may result in noise, changes in landscape, or restricted access to certain areas.

Perfect Family Set up

We were very happy with our stay here. The house was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked to be able to make meals at the house. We all loved having a pool and hot tub available, especially during our stay when it was very hot. The community is nice with access to a pool and small fitness center.

This property is an amazing! It’s a beautiful house in and out…amazing views! But renters beware!!! Due to PGA tournament, 90% of the view was blocked by hospitality tents and this was not clearly disclosed.
