The full-size washer and dryer are inside, where they belong. The two-car attached garage keeps your vehicles in the shade and your bikes or golf bags organized.
The backyard is the headline. Your private 29' × 14' Saltwater pool sits at the center to be accessed from the primary, the living room and the kitchen. Saltwater pools offer softer, skin-friendly water. They avoid harsh chemicals, reduce eye/skin irritation, and eliminate strong chlorine odors, providing a more pleasant, consistent and sanitary swim. Flanked by two shaded seating areas designed to get the most out of the desert sun — or to escape it gracefully by 2pm when you've earned the shade.
