Nice quiet location
Comfortable and large accommodation, close to a supermarket and restaurants. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen - although no kitchen knife or chopping board.

Votre message « Je propose de vous rembourser l’abonnement wifi pour une semaine.

Vous me proposer de ne plus revenir ! Surprenant votre accueil.
Je tiens à vous apporter les remarques suivantes :
Il manque la porte de la chambre. C’est compliqué pour une intimité avec des adolescents. Cela est très surprenant.
Le lit de la chambre n’est pas réglementaire. L’escalier est dangereux et non réglementaire.
La literie globale du logement est vielle et usagée. La literie respire la poussière et les acariens.
La terrasse est recouverte intégralement de neige dure. J’ai réussi à dégager un bout de table, mais la terrasse n’est pas utilisable.
Le mitigeur de la baignoire est dangereux. Il est possible de s’ébouillanter très facilement. Il n’est pas réglementaire. C’est 38degrés maximum
Il n’y a pas de prise de courant pour un sèche cheveux et/ou rasoir.
L’ouverture de la porte des toilettes n’est pas réglementaire. En cas de malaise à l’intérieur, une personne pourrait rester enfermée.
Au niveau de l’électricité globale, il y a beaucoup de multiprises... encore une fois c’est surprenant et cela est non réglementaire. Il y a là un risque d’incendie et ou d’électrocution.
Côté propreté, l’aspirateur était bouché. Le bac de l’aspirateur était plein à craquer.
Le filtre était deguelasse et n’a pas été nettoyé depuis plusieurs semaines, photos à l’appui.
Votre logement ne correspond pas à votre annonce.
Sans geste commercial, je signalerai ce logement aux autorités compétentes.
Cette démarche a pour objectif de faire prendre conscience au propriétaire de se remettre réellement en question. Ce logement ne peut pas être proposé à la location. Si j’avais trouvé une solution, j’aurai quitté le logement.
