The house consists of a single floor with one bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and another one with shower. Its maximum capacity is 2 people and 1 child. It has a living room with dining area from where you can access the terrace with another outdoor dining area and from there directly to the solarium, a landscaped space, equipped with garden furniture. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with: 4-ring ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher and all the necessary kitchenware.
