We had a small dark room which had shabby mis-matched furniture, which was nothing like any of the photos. After hurting my leg on a sharp bedside table in the night, we asked for a different room. It was completely different and so much better. The hotel is in a great central position.

Room with a view

The view from room 105 was beautiful. It had a balcony with table and chairs and overlooked the cathedral. The downside was the bed was very hard and uncomfortable so I woke up with Avery stiff back

This is a lovely hotel in an excellent location and in an almost traffic free area. Our room was spacious with lovely views of the cathedral. Nice big bed and easy to operate shower. Breakfast was good with a wide range of dishes. Would definitely recommend.

An excellent hotel across the street from the cathedral. Large room. Excellent breakfast as well, at a reasonable price. The only downside is that we were left standing and waiting to check out for over 15 minutes, while the receptionist was running around like a headless chicken whilst saying 'just a moment please'.

Attractive old building, centre of town.

Love Salamanca, stayed many times in various hotels. Staff not particularly friendly at this one! Lovely old building but that meant very low ceiling height & husband is 6’4” so not ideal, tiny shower over the tiny bath was not great! Good location & has usual scary underground parking, I wouldn’t attempt to park a large car down there!!
