This charming and spatially cozy holiday home, which is located in the nature reserve of El Caleton, is equipped with a combined living room / bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m), leather couch, dining area and. Garden exit, integrated kitchen (2 hobs), microwave, toaster, refrigerator, SatTV (German channels), baby bed / high chair equipped on request. Extra bed for 1 child up to 12 years / baby possible, additional costs 10 euros per day. Baby cot / extra bed are to be paid in cash on site (Tenerife). Please note with the extra bed that only a large combined living room and bedroom is available.

Wonderful part of the garden with lush planting for sole use u. direct access to the well-kept pool (45sqm). The wonderful pool was completely renovated in September 2019!

The pool is a private pool and belongs to our main house (2 people),
as well as your vacation home.
We do not use the pool itself during your vacation, you can at any time
go swimming alone.

The house is at approx. 75m altitude before the cliffs. In addition to the great all-round view, the sound of the waves is your pleasant holiday companion.
Hiking opportunities are at your feet right in front of the entrance
with an incomparable panoramic view over the Atlantic Ocean and a view of the natural, endemically overgrown rock-lava region in the nature reserve of El Caleton.
Simply a breathtaking place to relax!
Access / exit via serpentine road approx. 2 km, then after approx. 2 km you will reach the motorway quickly and easily with all destinations. Distance from Puerto de la Cruz 14 km, Santa Crutz 30 km, La Laguna 20 km, Anaga Mountains 30 km, Orotava Valley 15 km, Humbold View 16 km, various beaches from 15 km, Loro Park 18 km, the nearest airport 18 km.
They only share their holiday domicile with the adjacent owner's house (married couple + dog).
Here you will simply find a wonderful spot to linger and come back.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a private pool. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and an iron/ironing board.

Lovely relaxing stay in beautiful location

We stayed here for 7-8 days in July and had a wonderful stay. The location really is amazing and having the private pool to refresh in when too hot is amazing. Peter and Martina are lovely and very respectful so we never felt like they were intruding on our stay. Would definitely come back again.

Great little find, would recommend.

Brilliant base from which to explore the forested North of Tenerife, just a short hop from picturesque Puerto de la Cruz and loads of good walks nearby. Good access to the main road by car, after the long switchback, but it was too much/long for a stroll to nearby La Matanza de Acentejo in the heat. Hosts Peter and Martina were friendly, but discreet and I couldn't speak more highly of their helpfulness. We had a fab one week stay.

Highly recommended

We had a lovely holiday here. Peter and Martina answered our queries beforehand promptly and were perfect hosts. The garden and pool area is gorgeous, with views along the coast and of Teide, and the property itself had everything we needed. Very convenient for the motorway with easy access from there around the island. We were in Tenerife mainly for a walking holiday and the highlights were the walks from the visitor centres at Teide, simply breathtaking. It was so nice to have sole use of the pool, which was used every morning. Thank you! Andy & Claire

Absolutely stunning place

We loved our stay here. Wished we’d stayed longer. Great location with stunning views of the volcano and sea. Owners were lovely. There if we needed them. We had sole use of the garden area which was lovely to sit in and relax. We explored the north and some of the south and will definitely be back. Stunning drive down to the property. Thank you 😊

We had a fantastic time it is very quite and peaceful, you do need transport as there are no shops in walking distance, its 25 mins from peuto de la cruz, which is a very nice place, very good restaurants and bars

This a true Diamond mounted in Tenerife. Martina and her husband were very kind and lovely hosts. The villa was not just clean but superbly clean and had a new feel though out. Their was plenty of linen and towels. Other people had talked about a smelly toilet and drain this was not a problem and has been fixed completely the garden is full of plants and flowers. The views just superb eye candy. Their is plenty to do walking and relaxing Porta-del-a-cruse is 1/2 an hour north and santa cruse 1/2 an hour south. The summit is an hour easy drive by car. We stoped in May and had a Wonderfull holiday. Glenn & Bernadine

What’s a super, quiet and relaxing retreat.

this studio is in a good location , but just 2 things to point out , 1, about the wifi , there is none , more than just slow,,, no web sites loaded for me. also, I agree with 1 review that mentioned the sewer smell , it is true , the bathroom smells most of the day

Beautiful view, relaxed and clean place

Enough room in the combined living/bedroom + bathroom and plenty of space in the garden. All needed tools and lots of towels are available. Parking lot. Beautiful view. Very kind and helpful owners living next door. Car is needed. Heaps of restaurants in 7-15 mins.

wunderschöner Urlaub auf Teneriffa

Wir waren zwei Wochen bei Peter und Martina zu Gast und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit! Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein Traum! Man fühlt sich wie im Paradies, hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Küste, den Teide und das Meer. So haben wir jeden Abend einen magischen Sonnenuntergang erleben dürfen. Tagsüber haben wir viele Ausflüge gemacht und waren viel wandern. Die Unterkunft ist hierfür ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Peter und Martina waren beide sehr freundlich und wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Nochmal vielen lieben Dank für die tolle Zeit! Und ganz liebe Grüße an Wolfgang!

Tolle Lage mit grandioser 180° Panoramasicht über Land und Meer

Das Haus liegt abseits und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig (mit eigenem Auto) ideal für Ausflüge an der Nordküste nach Osten oder Westen, zum Nationalpark Teide sowie auch nach Santa Cruz oder Puerto Cruz. Wer Landschaft, Natur und Ruhe mag und nicht in der Stadt oder in Hotelanlagen wohnen will, für den ist dies eine ideale Ferienunterkunft für 1 Woche oder 1 Monat. Die Einrichtung in der Ferienwohnung ist komplett und zweckmäßig. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich, hilfsbereit, unsichtbar und doch bei Bedarf präsent. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Idyllische Lage zum verweilen und entspannen

Die FeWo liegt weit abseits von jeglichen touristischen Einfluss, so dass man seine kostbare Zeit wohlverdient zum relaxen und erkunden nutzen kann. Und wenn das Wetter es zu lässt, dann wird man mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den majestätischen Pico el Teide belohnt. Bedanken möchte ich mich nochmal ausdrücklich bei Martina und Peter, die mich herzlich aufgenommen haben. Ich schaue gerne wieder bei euch vorbei, wenn ich auf der Insel bin.

Unbeschreiblich Traumhaft

Es war einfach wundervoll! Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit vom Touristentrubel sucht, der ist hier genau richtig. Die Zufahrt zum Objekt ist herrlich abenteuerlich und sollte im Vorfeld über Google Maps angesehen werden, bevor das große Erwachen kommt, uns hat dies nicht gestört. Das Badevergnügen im Pool, das Frühstück und das Abendessen inklusive Sonnenuntergang ist mit einem zauberhaften Ausblick auf El Teide und den Nordatlantik kombiniert. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit bei Martina und Peter. Ein weiterer Aufenthalt wird geplant und wir freuen uns jetzt schon. 😊 Es war mega. Danke Danke Danke

es war richtig schön...

Martina und Peter sind nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die sich sehr um uns als Gäste bemüht haben. Das Haus war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Der Garten mit dem Pool bot sehr viel Ruhe und Entspannung, wir hatten einen großartigen Blick auf Teide, Meer und Puerto del la Cruz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
