Staff don't speak English nor do they show interest in learning for increasing their own profits. Air-condition worked great in our unit. But the price for what you get is definitely way too high.

total scam - expect to pay twice what you paid

This apartment is a total scam. They advertise a good price and then charge you tons of extra fees once you arrive. The manager called us the day we were supposed to check in to tell us they would be charging us an extra 154 euros when the total price for our two-night stay was 200 euros. She said they charged an extra 40 euros extra for towels, an 40 euros extra for sheets, a 50 euros for the cleaning fee, and 14 euros for utilities.

Perfect Apartments with Genuinely Caring Staff

Arriving to La Maddalena was not the easiest of feats at first; not knowing Italian, maneuvering the public transportation system from Olbia to Palau proved to be a little difficult. But once arriving to La Maddalena I was very fortunate to have met the property manager for Le Vele, Melinda, and instantly I felt at home! Kind, caring, and best of all fluent in English, she was so accommodating and helpful. Over the course of my stay I literally would have been completely lost without her help, and I am forever grateful for the time that she took to make me feel at home and how she helped me maneuver around the difficulties of not speaking Italian. The apartments are spacious and fully-equiped, and despite few differences, they feel just like home. The island itself is completely amazing. There are crystal-clear waters, immense sea life, and some of the most breath-taking views you could possibly imagine! And with the city-center a short walk away, as well as public transportation most days, you're simply a stone's throw away from your ideal paradise. If you don't have a car rented, then be ready to learn about public transportation or do a lot of walking. It's not necessary for local outings, but if you plan on frequenting the beaches, especially in the off-season as I did, you've got a good day of hiking ahead of you. I most definitely will be back and I would suggest this to anyone who is looking for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

out of town location

The accommodation was out of town & not easy to find. Reception is shut at the weekend so you have to call them to arrange access. the room was modern, comfortable & because of the location quiet.

Établissement trĂšs bien situĂ© sur l’üle. Peu de place de parking mais nous avons toujours trouvĂ© rapidement. Beaucoup d’options de restauration (trĂšs bon)!! Routes en mauvais Ă©tat notamment sur Caprera, attention aux voitures de location!! Beaucoup de supĂ©rettes! Excellent glacier au port!

All’arrivo e alla partenza abbiamo trovato due ragazze che fanno parte del personale gentili e molto cortesi, per quanto riguarda l’alloggio un pochino delusa, lo immaginavamo migliore.Sicuramente il corridoio di ingresso non fa un ottima impressione, andrebbe pulito piĂč spesso.

Ok, könnte aber optimiert werden.

Das Studio ist von de GrĂ¶ĂŸe her ok, die Matratze im Schlafsofa eine Katastrophe. Man fĂŒhlt die einzelnen Federkerne! Die Dusche hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen und die Zufahrt zum 3-Fahrzeugeparkplarz fĂŒr 20 Appartements ist eine Zumutung sofern man keinen 4x4 hat. Preis/Leistung ok.

Arrivé à l accueil vous tombez sur une femme qui ne vous regarde jamais, qui ne vous explique rien , qui seulement vous emmÚne à l appartement qui se trouve à 1 km de plus du centre par rapport à l annonce ! L appartement est pitoyable ! Il y a un scotch à la place de la poignée du frigo, porte de placard de la cuisine cassée, vaisselle pour 2 alors qu il y a 4 couchages, moustiques écrasés à coup de chaussures par tout sur les murs de la chambre, Clim cassée et qui sent trÚs mauvais !!! Insonorisation catastrophique !! 4 nuits à ne pas dormir tellement on entends tous les bruits des voisins bruyants Et pour finir, nous cherchons toujours la salle de restaurant et de sport indiqué dans l annonce !! Bref !!! A fuir !!

Nell’offerta non era specificato che i servizi delle pulizie erano a pagamento e solo su richiesta. La struttura dove Ăš ubicata la reception Ăš quella delle foto ma la “residence” Ăš da un altra parte. Lontana dal centro e senza vista che vedete nelle foto. Almeno o mettete le foto veritiere o specificare che gli appartamenti si trovano chissĂ  dove e non in via Nenni. ;) almeno uno si regola ;) ah all’arrivo avevano dimenticato di fornirci gli asciugamani, il giorno dopo ci Ăš stato lasciato solo uno e dopo la telefonata alla reception ci hanno risposto che se li vogliamo dobbiamo passare noi a prenderli. (15 min a piedi). Nemmeno la carta igienica o shampoo (1 rotolo e 1 bottiglietta per 5 giorni
.)! Ps. Portatevi pure I zampironi perchĂ© la zona dove alloggiavano noi Ăš invasa dalle zanzare ;) Sconsigliatissimo anche perchĂ© qualitĂ  prezzo non sono bilanciati neanche un po’.

Hotel bien situé,au calme,propre et trÚs bien équipé pour 5 personne.Confort moderne et climatisation individuelle! Parfait pour 2/3 nuits.Point negatif: Pas de petit dejeuner,le tri des poubelles ..5 poubelles...et pas de plan des installations..

Comme soulevĂ© par un autre commentaire, que l’on remercie, la rĂ©sidence Le Maree n’est pas situĂ©e au mĂȘme endroit que Le Vele (oĂč est situĂ©e la rĂ©ception). La RĂ©sidence le Maree est situĂ©e plus en contrebas, un peu plus Ă  l’écart de la ville. La chambre est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et propre. L’isolation n’est pas excellente et la literie assez dure. Elle est en revanche bien placĂ©e pour accĂ©der Ă  l’üle Caprera (juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du pont). Pour deux nuits cela suffisait.

Cet hĂ©bergement est loin de tout il faut impĂ©rativement avoir une voiture. Le taxi revient trĂšs cher. Le logement est vieux et ne donne pas envie de rester du tout . Il y a aucun Ă©quipement, mĂȘme pas le strict nĂ©cessaire. Nous sommes trĂšs déçus de plus que la rĂ©sidence est divisĂ©e en deux lieux et nous avons Ă©tĂ© mis dans la rĂ©sidence la plus isolĂ©e sans ĂȘtre prĂ©venus alors que nous avons dit ne pas ĂȘtre vĂ©hiculĂ©s. De plus il n’y a aucune communication avec l’accueil.
