The home was excellent. It fit our needs with having 4 bedrooms. We had two pairs of adults (grandparents and parents) and 3 young children with us, ages 4, 2, and 8 months. They had a fantastic bedroom for the 4- and 2-year-olds. The 4-year-old took the top bunk while the 2-year-old got the bottom bed. There were toys and books for them to play with in the room. The biggest hit was the playground equipment in the backyard. The 4 and 2-yr-old enjoyed going outside multiple times a day for some swinging and sliding. They had a pack-n-play for the 8-month-old as well as a high chair. The adults enjoyed the home, too. The kitchen was comfortable and easy for us to prepare meals. We did have a problem with the refrigerator not cooling down enough (wouldn't get lower than 52 degrees, and many times a bit warmer.) The manager, when notified, promptly brought out a rental refrigerator for us to use. The service on her end was great.The biggest challenge with the property is the steep driveway. We elected not to park on the side of the street where there was ample parking as we did not want to walk up the steep driveway and my son was able to back the minivan expertly up the driveway. Our goal for the trip was to hit the beaches, zoos, and Seaworld. This home was a perfect home base for that. We also enjoyed going on walks in the evening in the neighborhood. It is in a very safe location with some interesting homes. We would definitely stay here again!
