Nayara Springs is the most exquisite hotel I’ve ever been to. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel. Grounds are breathtaking, the room and bed are luxurious and the staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Don’t leave Costa Rica without staying here and enjoying their beautiful hot springs beneath the sloths and toucans. My boyfriend and I were comped a free night after a slight mixup. They went out of their way to really make us feel special. Their service, in addition to everything else mentioned is why they are a 5 star rating! Should be 10 stars!

Gorgeous property, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, fantastic food and drinks, and amazing room! Free breakfast was great, you could order multiple items, bread and fresh fruit, juices…the whole nine yards. The onsite bars and restaurants were excellent, a bit on the pricey side but not outrageously so. Went into town in La Fortuna one night but stayed onsite the rest of the time. Wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely come back!

Beautiful and impeccably clean property! Every corner feels like paradise. What really stood out was how genuinely friendly and welcoming everyone at the resort was—from the front desk to the restaurant staff. Their warmth made the experience even more special. The property, room and staff were outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and always went out of their way to make every accommodation. Room was services twice a day, restaurants were good to very good. The grounds are essentially on a very steep hill, making a bit difficult to walk to various locations on the grounds, but could get a golf cart to bring you wherever you wanted fairly quickly. They have over 100 carts. You can even get breakfast to the room and laundry service at no extra cost. Although there is no tennis, pickle ball courts, mini golf or shuffleboard, the resort itself is second to none.

We have stayed at Nayara 4 times. Once at the tented camp and 3 times at Nayara springs. This trip we brought family because we wanted them to see how amazing its is and they were blown away. The grounds of the property are gorgeous, you feel like you are in paradise the minute you arrive. The customer service is beyond, they are the nicest staff you will ever meet, they go above and beyond to make anything You could want or need happen.

The Staff was very friendly, tourist oriented and polite. The room “villa 13” in Nayara Springs was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Having our own thermal pool outside our bedroom we didn’t want to leave to do any other activities. We tried all the restaurants and lived the food and service. We will definitely return.

The nicest resort I have ever been to. The staff was amazing and very accommodating & even helped me get a new rental car. I got a 2 hour massage treatment & it was amazing! Close to all of the excursions, all the food was great, & spent a bunch of time at the swim up pool. There was even a sloth that was just hanging out in the trees above the pool every day. Will definitely go back!

The pictures of the property do not do it justice! The rainforest is amazing and the resort has done an amazing job preserve its beauty. We stayed in the villas and everything was so luxurious. The little things they did were awesome, even the free laundry that was done within 24 hours. The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. The restaurants were all unique and tasted amazing. There was one we didn’t know was a 7 course meal and probably would’ve avoided since it wasn’t our style. That was the most expensive restaurant. This is not all inclusive so be prepared to spend a good amount of money for drinks, dinner and lunch. $20 drinks and $30-$50 meals. While expensive, everything was a delight. We plan to come back!!!
