No, hot water, AC wasn’t cooling, every request for maintenance was met with the same response- “nothing until tomorrow “. Both rooms were booked far from each other and and when asked them to move us together, they said we needed to request that as the time of the booking. We booked these rooms in the same booking. if we didn’t want to be together, why would we travel together during holiday season? And rooms were so small that there was no space for the luggage or chair. One room was literally in the middle of everything- restaurant, pool, etc. Other than the location, nothing worked. I wouldn’t recommend the place.

The room was nice, clean and well equipped. However, ithe hotel is on a main busy road and the room was roadside and very noisy. There was also an issue at 2.30 am when there was a strange, but very loud noise coming from the bathroom. This meant we had to move rooms in the middle of the night. We had booked an early activity in the following morning which meant we had very little sleep. We complained to the hotel (obviously). When we returned to hotel in the afternoon, we were told that the maintenance man had found a fault, cleaned some equipment, and that the fault was now sorted, The hotel offered no goodwill gesture or partial refund, only advised that we make a complaint via Expedia??? The second night, no bathroom noise, but it is still a noisy room because it is roadside location. Room 3.

The hotel room was fine. However, this hotel has the worst wifi I have ever experienced. I had to go in the hallway or sometimes even the front lobby to have a steady connection. If you don't need wifi, the hotel is good, but if you are traveling internationally or need to work I would try somewhere else.

It was cutest hotel ever! The ashetic was spot on! I loved Carlos and Iyvanna! The entire staff was professional and polite. Very caring and helpful! The breakfast was fresh and hot! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

My family including our 10 and 11 year old children stayed here for one night while we checked out La Fortuna to see Arenal Volcano and La Fortuna Waterfall. The best thing about this hotel is the convenient location to everything and excellent customer service. We only stayed one night so it did its purpose of allowing us to stay in a place for an affordable price. But if you are saying longer and want comfortable beds with a decent pool then I say book somewhere else. It's right on the main plaza in La Fortuna so it was loud (ear plugs saved us). I also would not recommend swimming in the "pool." I think it was more of a pond and it's situated right where the restaurant is so everyone can see you while they are dining. All in all, it was an ok stay. Harrison at the front desk was amazing with his customer service and answered all our questions. Also the free breakfast was amazing so that was a highlight.
The free breakfast buffet in the morning was excellent.

This hotel is great. ESPECIALLY for the price. The stafff are very friendly . The rooms are really clean with a bug smart tv with all the apps. The free breakfast in the morning is really good. Coffee, juice, tea fruit and main course . I would recommend to anyone.
