Owner agressive person, totally unhappy, shouldn't be in this business. Avoid this place, no safe parking either, hot no AC

So many problems. I could feel the springs in the hard bed. The street outside with noisy, and you could hear everything from inside through thin walls. The lighting was poor, and the door latches were strangely designed. There was no reception desk, and the owner did check-in while I was standing in a stairwell, handing my credit card through metal bars—it was like I was entering prison except that two small dogs were demanding my attention. The place had no charm or character. I left after one night and sank the remaining $120 for the following two nights of the reservation, so I could change to a better hotel. The owner said she would refund me for the third night, which was all I asked for. The moment I left the property, she immediately messaged me to say that she would contact Expedia instead. I never heard from her again. I might understand such low standards if this hotel was dirt-cheap, but it cost more than other local hotels with a pool or air conditioning and a kitchen.

Buen servicio, mucho calor

El lugar es pequeño y carece de aire acondicionado, ya que por el clima del lugar en mi opinión es necesario, pero es super tranquilo, la atención muy buena
