The open kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and electric shutters, providing access to the terrace. There is a bathroom and a separate WC on the main level. On the lower ground floor, you'll find a room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), a TV with a flat screen, and an exit to the garden. The upper floor houses another bedroom with a french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a TV with a flat screen, air conditioning, and an exit to the balcony with a south-facing position. Additionally, there is another bathroom and a separate WC on this level.
